Ashfields Polocrosse Club was founded in 2004 under its original name Western Phoenix to promote Polocrosse in Eastern England. We aim to provide an exciting and encouraging environment for all levels of Polocrosse player, and has beautiful facilities situated just 6 mins from the M11 (Junction 8) and 25 mins from M25.

Ashfields claimed the Upper C grade at the UK Polocrosse National Championships. The team overcame Kent Target in a hard fought final by 9 goals to 6 to win the C grade and also claimed all the Best number prizes with George Harding getting Best number 1, Ben Marsh receiving Best number 2 and Livvy Foley winning Best number 3.

This marked the end of a very successful season for Ashfields which saw them finish as winners in C grade four times, runners ups twice and a second and third spot in the D grade. This means they end the season on a healthy 127 points in the league and in the top half of each of the leagues, which is a big improvement on last year. Now the aim is to build on this success for next year and put out a B grade side with the aim of lifting the B grade trophy at the National Championships in 2011.
