| The indoor winter training is coming to an end and we are about to move outdoors. Winter training this year has seen a record amount of new member join Ashfields Polocrosse Club, from both within and outside of the Polocrosse community. |
 The indoor winter training is coming to an end and we are about to move outdoors. Winter training this year has seen a record amount of new member join Ashfields Polocrosse Club, from both within and outside of the Polocrosse community. It is great to see so many new faces to the sport! At present we have 50 playing members and 25 non playing members for 2009. There are more still to come as the Polocrosse community starts to wake up from the off season. Some new members that the Polocrosse community will recognise are Shane Neil ( New Zealand) Kim Lampard, Grant Hays, Greg Barnet, Clara Smith, Nigel Lackford, Ryan Mee, Frank Mee, Iain Heaton, Jonathon Swift, Hazel Heaton, George Harding, Peter Watson, Ben Jeffrey’s and Hazel Hufton just to name a few. I would like to thank all the members for the support they have given the Club over the off season and now look forward to the warmer weather and longer lighter nights.
